My doctor tells me to eat MORE salt (& iron rich foods). My specialist tells me to only exercise as long as it is comfortable, and it won’t matter if I eat low-fat or not, that my lipids will continue to accumulate in my muscle cells. Haven’t found one yet that recommends fried foods, but I don’t usually ask for dietary advice.

I’m with the late Johnny Carson when he said that he was waiting for the study that said the only thing that would get rid of oat bran was a big, greasy truck-stop cheeseburger.
