For there to be some ground rules shouldn’t be too unexpected. It’s the sister’s property and not theirs, and they’re entitled to making sure it’s not abused. Nonetheless, I’m fully expecting some of the ensuing rules to be a little…unreasonable. Especially in regards to it being a vacation home…in theory.
