Maybe they should have a story line with Adam putting some serious work into losing weight and doing regular exercise to strengthen his back muscles. He is fairly young yet still, just imagine how his back will feel twenty, thirty years down the line if he doesn’t do something.

Many years ago my dad hurt his back sliding down a hill on a tire inner tube
We had a toboggan with us and used it as a stretcher to get him back up the hill, even carried him into the hospital on it
I was young and it was scary for me, but fortunately he wasn’t hurt too bad and recovered completely
