I did not gain anything over the holidays! Exhaustion and then a grandson induced bad cold will do that for you!
Now that the snow and ice are here and I’m reduced to taking long walks into the kitchen, thru the dining room, down the hall, around the family room and back again, for my “mile”……ask me in March.
