    Yeah. They were advertised to create a bigger picture, but mainly produced a distorted funhouse mirror image. If there had been infomercials in those days, this would have been one of those “AS SEEN ON TV!” offerings.

    Didn’t they have a similar product that turned your black and white TV into a color TV? I’m sure it worked equally well.

    Aunt Fritzi is saving up for one of those clear overlays with a green stripe across the bottom and a blue stripe up top, so they can enjoy “color TV.”
