Those Wiley bears sure got it goin’ on, don’t they? Remind me not to mess with them..

I see the Wiley bear mutations have spread to their cousins, the Polar Bears. Not looking good for humanity with them around.

The pair of palm trees in panel three (two?) could have a third explanation in a few western states… the one, in fact, that I thought of first:

He’s approaching an In-N-Out Burger location…. most of them have a pair of close-planted, usually crossing, palm trees out front….

even in areas where they don’t usually grow.

But…. sigh…. no In-N-Outs in Maine so I guess not.

This is a GREAT continuing story line. The bears will NEVER eat Pierre. They’re having too much fun messing with his mind!

Our bulbs have been showing for two weeks in Central Ohio. Record temp yesterday, 66. Possible more records later this week. I’m unplugging the bird bath heater for a while!
