Have you ever seen the video of someone blowing soap bubbles in REALLY cold weather, and the ice crystals forming on the inside of the bubble? Or the ones of people throwing a pan of boiling water into the air, and having it come down as instant snow? I LOVE the Weather Channel—I can look at all that extreme weather without having to be OUT in it…
Heart, they probably won’t freeze until the outside temp needs to be about 9-12 deg. Fahrenheit, and the average temp in Philly very rarely gets that cold.
