Spring is an excellent reminder that I was supposed to get into shape before spring.
So was I. Ooops! Too late now!
Now we can get in shape for summer (yeah right).

It all depends upon the shape you are trying to mimic. If you are trying for pear shape, great news you are “in shape”.
