I actually wouldn’t mind having these options on a phone tree; if you gotta wait, then at least let’s listen to some music that we really like.

I’ve actually had this before. The best one that I’ve ever found has, “Press 1 to hold without music.” I adore that company!

I would love to have this option!

Yeah, it’s somewhat thoughtful at least.

I hate when they interrupt every 30 seconds to tell you how important your call is. Especially if it rings first!

My favorite travel company, Vantage, used to play Sinatra [Come Fly with Me], but now it’s the Beatles [Ticket to Ride]. Almost makes me want to change companies. So jangly by comparison. Think I’ll send them this comic as a hint!

I like this option, even better if you could actually choose which song to listen to. Only I’d be singing along when they finally got to my call which could be embarrassing lol.

I, too, would like to see … well, hear … this option when holding on the phone. Good idea!
