Neither rain,nor snow nor any adverse elements of weather shall keep our Andy from his appointed rounds at Jacks pub. Just don’t be expecting him to buy any of those rounds. LOL

Rainy weather never stopped me from going places either.

Maybe Andy once had a (short-lived) yen to be a postman: “Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.” In Andy’s case, it would be “…from the swift consumption of cadged rounds.”
