The size of the brain is not that important. How it is employed matters more. Having a large brain won’t keep me from being stupid any more than having a small brain will keep me from being clever. There is the matter of stored memory, of course. But still, being able to use information is more important than greater access.
Big dinos like that had enlarged ganglia at the junctures with the legs, and tail. Sort of auxiliary brains that aided in keeping it all moving in a timely fashion.
