I wanted to tell you guys how impressed I am with your drawing today: with just a couple of lines you invoke that wistful expression on her face as she remembers her childhood dream, and another couple of lines on the old woman give her that sarcastic smile and raised eyebrow. Really super technique. And the other parts of the drawing are just as good – natural hand definition, figure outline (contrast in bust shape of the young and the old), perky shoulder pads for her clothing and sloping shoulder, easy shrug on clothes for the older woman. Your drawings are usually good but this one was better than anything else I have seen today.

Or perhaps Maleficent. But that is one wise old lady, there. Jay would have said it out loud. You know it.
