I certainly miss Richard Thompson’s wit, as well as his fabulous drawing.

I’m happy to read his strip over and over.

Hey, Madeline, it’s a good likeness of Grandma! And we can forgive the technological inaccuracy of a bazooka “full of deviled eggs” for the sake of the sentiment. Big Shirley won’t mind (but she might eat the card). I say, support Alice the Artist!

My grandma was like that except it was little bibles in that bazooka. Rest in Hell you old biddy.
