A plugger could have found no money in his account and still have forgotten to pay something.

Why is there always so much month left at the end of the money?
Once I had an excedent in my bank account, a little more than that, and thought that someone had forgotten to exchange a check. 8 Months later it suddenly disapeared. Turned out the bank had deposited the money in my account by accident.
