Humans just aren’t evolved to just laze around for long periods. If it is hot then wear less kids. A lot less. You can only rest for so long. Glad you ate only a little food but not too often.
I never did that on summer vacation. I was always out playing baseball until it rained.
These two were so bad in school, they should be taking summer classes!
