What the heck’s WRONG with Arlo? This is the first bad-father thing I’ve seen him do.

Mothers seem to be more “hands-on”, while most dads will hang back and see if you can figure it out for yourself. But at this point, the kids seem to have figured out they really need some help.

Arlo, start looking at blueprints for that new house! Now! Your chance to be close to the kids.

I think they’re ready for the “tiny house” thing. They can store all the stuff they think they might need in the kids’ basement. They can have one built to their specifications and delivered in a month. In a rural area they probably don’t need special zoning for it.

Are A&J retired yet? In this arc there has been no reference to quiting work to move.
