They’ll capture his breath in a plastic bag, and bring it back to the station to Inspector Minnelli. They call it the

The leg came from some other drunk driver…or texter.

I once was on a jury for a DWI case. The defense put forth that some people had a condition that makes it impossible to pass a field sobriety test. What he didn’t prove was that his client was one of them. Any Shylock worth his law degree could have found a Quack doctor to sign off on that.

A loose part. Very suspicious.

They’ve got nothing against the leg.

At least they disarmed him first.
