It’s the lightning you should be frightened of. No joke

Living on a golf course, watching people wave lightning rods around scares me way more than the thunder boomers.

I don’t see what Adam’s freaking out about. I wish I was there with them! Thunderstorms are awesome! The louder the thunder, the brighter the lightning, the better the storm! Although, if it knocks off the power, it’s going too far. Only because I don’t like not being able to use my electronics if I need to. And sometimes they need to be plugged in.

We used to stand out on our east-facing porch to watch while the west wind blasted and the lightning flashed and the rain slashed. The neighbors were all hiding in their basements.

Someone needs to fetch Adam his brown pants…

I love thunder storms! Makes me want to either take a nap or watch a horror flick. Better yet, read a horror book while laying in bed!

Unfortunately we have a great many military veterans for whom loud noises are extremely debilitating if not life-threatening.

Hubby used to stand out on the covered patio watching the lightning strikes until I could make him come inside. Oy!

I’d also be afraid of thunder that can dissolve coffee cups.

I love thunderstorms. I want to watch for lightning!
