How true! Especially the one in the clown suit, the senate is full of them, also congress and the big clown in the White house.

I wouldn’t mind at all if Christine O,Donnell were a witch if ONLY she was like Hermione Granger.

^Nice one. I don’t actually care if she was a witch (of the Wicca variety). It’s her politics that are putrid.

Political is OK - Partisan is not. But… Since the ice has been broken, better Senator Danae than Boxer of Feinstein.

I love answering the push-poll phone calls with a succinct “I’ve already voted”! Ah the blessed bliss that will come on Wednesday for the 2 months before the 2012 campaigns begin.

As for the 8(!) idiots above, can’t we drek any message that mentions those common commerce terms?

Even if the blatantly partisan comments (both ways) were legit, there were more flaggables than legit today. And definitely more lines of flaggables.

All of them. Along with all the Republican and “independent” candidates.

This year I’ve decided to not elect the people who sent me the most junk mail. Large advertising budgets are usually a sign that they’re either wasting tax money or have “evil” backers with deep pockets. Example - Beezley for Senate… 5 pieces and Frantz/Weiss for house - 4 each.

As for the spammers, here’s an idea… if a new id has been flagged more than 20 times within an hour on multiple strips - why not track that with the profile and create a database trigger to automatically delete all entries from the account and lock the account from future access. Require email confirmation to authorize the user, and cross reference the address on new account creations to prevent the same flagged address from creating a new account - spammers, prepare to be “Pork Rolled”

    Amazing,

8 years of “Veiled Threat of Terrorism” and Rush Limbaugh Ditto head clowns and “people” continue to blame and compare to Democrats.

Every time I listen to a Regressive Republican I am reminded of the Fall of the Roman Empire.

I am Republican, but because the Republican candidate for the US Senate from UT is a Tea Party candidate, and is WAY over the top, I gladly voted for the Democratic candidate instead. As someone who has always had closer to centrist views, I am actually hoping that not a single Tea Party candidate wins.

Fits malignant capitalism somewhat more than politics. After all, if it weren’t for the great corporate bureaucracies that blow more of all of our money on treff, politicians wouldn’t be able to do more than ask humbly for votes and actually express and discuss issues and approaches to problems, hat in hand.

@MatureCanadian - I believe you are thinking of the great Danny Kaye movie “Court Jester”. While he was being accelerated through knighting ritual there was a constant droning of “Yea, verily yea” through each step.

And don’t forget the pellet with the poison for all you “progressive” voters.

Here’s a suggestion for you fellas’

Starting Monday I will be turning in, not the spammers, but the website business site that they are providing the link for to our state’s attorney-general. He loves to prosecute spamming website owners.

Do the same for your state’s attorney-general; since go-comics doesn’t wish to help, then we can simply have the spammers owners fined out of existence.

Also, just the fact that Go-Comics will have government officials monitoring this site and asking questions may help to encourage them to stop the spammers instead of giving them shelter.

I’m thinking it would be easy to block most if not all spammers by just disallowing any post that features the same URL more than once. Or am I being too simplistic in my thinking? Yeah, I know. They’d just adapt, right? =[
