Burgers cooked to a core temperature of 160 F. are grey center stone hard well done. Have a briquette With catsup and pickles.
I mix in a couple of tablespoons of mayo for each pound of hamburger meat and my burgers come out juicy everytime.
I still can’t get around the idea of a veterinarian being a meat-eater, it just seems wrong!
