thank you wikipedia: At The Concert for George in November 2002, which featured Palin, Idle, Jones, Gilliam, Innes, Cleveland and special guest Tom Hanks. At the conclusion of the performance, the troupe, dressed as mounties, turned to face a portrait of George Harrison projected on the back of the stage, and saluted him.

He cuts down trees, he skips and jumps, and goes to the lavatory. On Wednesday he’ll go shopping and have buttered scones for tea! He wishes he was a girly, just like his dear papa!

I would actually like to see the Star Wars movies, even the prequels, in 3D. Just don’t make Greedo shoot first again, OK Georgie?

3D movies suck ! In more ways than one. For instance, the price is ridiculous. Also, having to wear the stupid glasses. Then there is the effects where the films only have segments that appear to benefit from the 3D, when all of the film should appear to seem like you’re immersed in the virtual reality of the film if it is advertised as 3D.

Final NOTE: is it me, or am I the only one who finds this particular Foxtrot comic rather lame. I mean, really! I’ve seen better by Bill Amend. I just find this parody of Lucas to be so unlike his better halloween efforts.

Lucas has gone past the point of beating a dead horse, to milking a fossilized cow.

It’s REALLY bad when a fan the caliber of Jason Fox says “enough is enough.”

    :-P

I’m really surprised that most of the people here subscribing to “Fox Trot”, where the strips often center around Jason, a hardcore nerd, are so unsympathetic to the general hardcore nerd point of view (George Lucas made a couple of amazing movies, wrecked them, made horrible, horrible prequels to them, and CONTINUES to tinker with the originals in totally unnecessary/detrimetnal ways)! Whatever. Thought it was brilliant, totally agree.

Somebody should write a program that lets us easily copy and paste links to a ‘black list’.

The spammer web sites are all registered to companies in the same postal code in China – probably the same company using different names and phone numbers. Unless gocomics takes some simple steps to block the spammers I doubt there is anything we, or any state attorneys general, can do about it except keep flagging them and keep complaining to gocomics.

Maybe it’s the price on the special, limited edition collector’s ultimate box set (with previously unreleased material, interviews, outtakes, etc.) that is scary.
