I don’t think Adam is breaking the 4th wall here, he is not addressing the audience when he says “people worry”, he is still speaking with his daughter. I think Mr. Harrell is just a teensy bit passive-aggressive, or at least reassuring his daughter that baby Nick is ok. In any event, well written and well drawn.

I don’t worry about breaking the 4th wall as I do about a crack (glowing and shouting ’Prisoner 0).
