I bought this one (almost twice the size of the last one- but with the money from that) but now have more expenses for upkeep of pool etc. At least many of my furnishings here are from resale, even though some are designer catalogs, and I did my own decor.

Leave a lot of space. Make it a Japanese home.
You do not need a lot of stuff.
