DENIS, I guess you never heard “axis of evil”. Bush 43 called three countries, Iraq, Iran, North Korea, the “axis of evil” and then attacked the one that DID NOT have nukes. This makes the other two believe they MUST continue to develop nukes to protect themselves from the US. I guess you never heard of diplomacy.
