I can testify from personal experience that Brewster’s way is a heckuva lot easier than destroying the disc of a hard drive. Just getting to it requires a case of C-4.
Computers do seem to have generated more paper, but I think it’s changing. We used to print eight pages of each surgery chart, but with the current system, we no longer print the charts at all. Where I used to get three reams of paper a week, now it’s more like one a month.
