Sometimes lawyers go wild. “Don’t eat this if you’re allergic to it” strikes me as unnecessary. So does the warning on a bag of airline peanuts that says “Processed in a facility that processes peanuts.” I’m undecided about the warning that came with my iron: “Do not iron clothes while you are wearing them.”
