Reminds me of my all-time favorite C&H strip – the one where he decides he runs on Tokyo time.

I hate the process of waking up and getting going no matter what time it is

16 years ago I started working overnight stocking groceries, then a few years back I was transferred to Dairy where the schedule was 4AM to noon

That schedule has been slowly pushed back to where now I’m working a normal day shift again

My poor old body doesn’t know when it’s supposed to be awake and when it’s supposed to be asleep anymore

I’m off today, probably take a nap

Retired now, but worked night shifts for over twenty years back in the day. Some people can not adjust to working nights, but I never had difficulty. Nowadays, I have have a little problem finding “it’s five o’clock somewhere”……but I always find it.

In my case, three hours west. I’m on the West Coast and run on EST.

You know … Greg sure likes drawing polka-dot boxers on his characters. In the VERY FIRST strip of “Hubriscomics.com” Hubris is wearing yellow with black dots. LOLIn this strip Larry is wearing yellow with purple dots. Hmmm what does that say about Greg? And er ah, what does that say about ME looking that up? LOL

Back in the 80’s, I lived in Michigan and worked in Indiana. Different time zones and IN didn’t use DST. Totally messed up for about 2 weeks a year. Didn’t last 2 years before moving home to Massachusetts.
