    Reminds me of my dad’s side of the family were the brothers are concerned. Only two left and he is closing to 90 and very stubborn. Ruthie you have a point about the days going shorter.

    Sorry to get off topic (on this, my second-favorite comic of all time), but the “tea-bagger” reference by nighthawks got my mind a-thinking about those who makes disparaging remarks about people, and they are usually the very descriptions that they themselves make towards others. It’s called projection, and MrJimCos’ reply perfectly illustrates the point. How odd it is that the name-calling comes from those who see themselves as “tolerant” and just-minded.

    I never thought to define an ordinary word such as that for well read people - I LOVED today’s OBH where Ruthie and the other kids tell how a tradmill is REALLY used - FUNNY! As in this old one, Ruthie “tells it as it is”.
