    I love sleeping. It’s very restful….. Hey, and dreams are a type of reality. They do provide memories…..For the last couple years I have been having one long dream that I pop into every once in a while. In it, I can remember other parts of the dream, even though it may have happened in another dream a day or two before….I know weird, right?

    I’m in bed 9 to 5, but get about 4-5 hours of sleep. Yesterday, I gave up around 2 a.m., got up and fed the dogs, opened the dog door.

    I recently got a CPAP machine (being a guy, I let the sleep apnea get completely out of hand before I got tested) and I feel so much better! I had told my boss that if I got sleepy while driving – I always did – that I would pull off and take a nap. Now it is not an issue; I was driving home from a call-out at 1:00 a.m. and was worn out but not sleepy. Sleepin’ 9-5 they say will keep you livin’….

    It doesn’t matter what hours you sleep as long as you get the required 7 – 9 hours. Some people claim they only need 4 or 5 hours, but those people have mental health issues and are sending out crazy tweets at 4 am.

    I prefer to sleep 11 pm til 6 am plus a short nap at 2 pm. I feel well rested and alert most of the time.
