I can’t do sit-ups any more. Spine sounds. Clunk, clunk. I bought one of those ‘hang by your elbows-now -pick up your legs’ and finally am getting my belly in order. I know, I’ll never be young again. But I’m going to be an old man in shape again’. I like me better that way.
