Touchdown dance? Ridiculous. Act like you’ve been there before!

There needs to be an oscar or some other award for these performances: “Most artistic interpretation of scoring points … goes to …”

I’m not an NFL coach and I never will be – aside from not knowing a lot about the game, there is my feeling about personal fouls and unsportsmanlike penalties. They are avoidable. They are also a sure sign of the player’s lack of maturity: “This is all about me. I scored the touchdown; those other 10 guys don’t mean anything. I can celebrate my victory and someone else can deal with the mess of the 15-yards I just gave to the other team.”

These are the players that need to be fired, not those who protest. The message of selfishness they send to our youth and adults is “deplorable.”

How about we boycott the NFL and not watch any of their touchdown dances?

Sportscasters will tell you, “Well, you have to understand, they’re pumped up for the big game.”

To their respective teams, there is no bigger game than the Army-Navy game. You won’t see this showboatmanship there. The difference between men and boys is self-discipline.
