If your house is already paid for, why move!

Some people want to swap the furniture around just because it has not been done this yet this week and for no other reason.

Janis has been watching Tiny House again.

Forget about tiny houses; think bungalows.

Whatever he does, he should never mention all the shopping she could do with the extra money from selling the house.

Or, like we did, sell that big house that’s paid for and pay cash for two condos. Buy one condo in your home town near friends and family and one near a beach for the whole family to use! No more grass cutting, landscaping, leaf raking or snow shoveling! Perfect ,except for the HOA fees!

I would say build the kind of house they want at Genes place but that gator is a deal breaker.

No problem — just get am AWD car and keep the croc well-fed. The best part of getting an AWD car instead of putting in the causeway: no visitors driving up! Worst part: having to do all your own deliveries (no trucks).

One of my brothers has plans for when he and his wife are ready they will build a much smaller house to move into as they age.

If I move, the neighbors win.

(Just joking, I get along just fine with my remaining neighbors.)
