New poll rule the poll you are doing has to have something to do with the strip itself. if you disagree, or have another opinion just comment it.

I am amazed what people’s thoughts on seed sprouting are. They think you throw as seed in the ground, water it daily and you get a plant that grows a food a day or something similar. I do over a couple of hundred plants a year and have about $200 of equipment to achieve good germination. This isn’t to say you NEED that for every seed but sure helps.

@Martysays Flagged. One poll is quite enough. If you’re continuously posting polls, then you are following in the original Mrs. Godfrey’s footsteps.

I did a time-lapse of a bean sprouting. Making the timer from an erector set and a clock was the best part.

Nate doesn’t seem to having any real world skills; he doesn’t even know how plants grow (perhaps he is having trouble telling reality from a game universe or maybe he’s just very impatient).

Stop posting polls everyone! Don’t sucuumb to the poll-posting madness!

For real, if these “POLLS” continue I’m just going to stop commenting in the comment section until they stop. The reason I wouldn’t completely leave it is because I still want to flag the polls. When I come to the comment section each day I want to see some intellegnt comments about the comic like Hev1 and Jonathan W. G. post. Not some &@#%!ng poll that only deals with the comment a little bit. I’m giving it one week then POW I’m gone.The way to stop polls (and I hope you’ll join me in this) is to flag, and not reply. If we do that , then 1 week should be more then enough time to stop polls.

For everyone getting mad over people posting polls recently, I’d like to point out that all of the polls being made recently have been related to the comic. The original poll war started because people made polls that were intentionally made to be annoying. I’d also like to point out that it took two groups of people to start the war, the people posting polls and the people getting mad at them for it. If either side hadn’t commented, there would have been no war. But now we only have one of those groups: the people getting angry over polls. There haven’t been any annoying, unrelated polls, and yet people choose to get mad about it, thinking that they’re helping to avoid another poll war when all they’re doing is bringing us closer to another one. Just let people post polls if they want to, as long as they’re relevant, there’s no reason to start an argument.

@Narwhal That is incorrect. The people actually replying to the polls in the beginning started it all. As poll comments always got the most replies, everyone started to post polls.

Nate, these plants won’t grow like your hair. Be patient because you ain’t getting more respect anytime soon with that attitude.
