Lady, get yourself a house with a backyard. That you can let the dog out without having to interact with other people.

With that kind of personality she doesn’t even deserve a dog. Maybe get a pet mouse, or (>gasp!<) a cat. My apologies to all those mouse lovers out there, and cats too, I guess.)

I’m cutting her some slack. This might be the 23rd stop and tell on a walk in the park.

This is funny, people! Sort of a Mad Magazine Scenes we’d like to see.

Poor little pooch. I wonder if Millie gets any affection at home?

She probably also wonders why she can’t meet a nice guy and has not gone on a date in almost 2 years.

If I’m not mistaken, that’s Central Park, judging by the skyscrapers in the background. Apologies to friendly New Yorkers (if you exist), but I’m not surprised by the attitude. To be fair, though, I’ve met dog owners like this in L.A., too. The dog wants to say hi and the owner drags it away in a huff.

I’ll give her credit on one thing: at least she’s spending time with the dog rather than transfixed by her goddamn device!
