Unequalled Celluloid Dolls…

I’m not a doctor, I just play one in the movies.

Practice dummies for the rectal thermometer.

But he seemed so nice.

Last night I caught a doll in my “Macy’s” Famous Jointed umbrella mouse trap. (How it got in my pajamas I’ll never know)

Some of those dollies are terrifying, no common sense went into their creation that’s for sure.

Put some lite on the subjects.

I hear Henrik Ibsen is opening a house down the street.

My mother told me, if I was goody

Then she would buy me, a rubber dolly

But then I told her, I kissed a soldier,

Now she won’t buy me, a rubber dolly.

Later, she would only say that though it was clearly a trap, limited choices and the biological imperative made common sense an unaffordable luxury. She was acquitted, and all charges withdrawn, before an arrest was even made, when no evidence or testimony was brought forth to connect her to the disappearance.

Evidently, someone ain’t ever said to you that mousetraps ain’t toys..
