Panel Panel #1 – five plewds, Panel #2 – six plewds, Panel #3 – Nine Plewds!
And in Panel #3, Nancy faces left but continues to use her right eye to continue seeing the threading hole in the needle being held in her left hand, whereas in panel one and two she faces right.
I think the drawing work that links panel #2 and #3 to be fascinating. With cinema, I believe that is regarded as “shot – reverse shot” editing.
Nancy’s left hand in panel one has a pinky pointing out. I think it is rather telling.
