Aunt Fritzi? More like Aunt Strictzi

Ah the rare circular films of the 1950’s. It was popular until the rectangular films came.

I never knew Family Circus was made into a movie.

Note the date, over 70 years old.

I always think of these sorts of strips when someone claims Fritzi is a grouch in the current series.

Same as it ever was.

“Were you in The Yearling, Aunt Fritzi? Sluggo’s uncle says he saw you in a stag film!”

Projectors are quite expensive. Especially in those days. Nancy must be quite a rich person.

So…next door is a two story apartment building – build at an angle to Fritzi’s two story house – and one apartment happens to have a clothesline pulley, and they share a backyard…

If Aunt Fritzi paid more attention to Nancy instead of calmly reading her newspaper, perhaps the child would be better mannered. Where are Nancy’s mother and father?
