When I joined the Navy many, MANY years ago test questions were multiple-choice and displayed on a board using a transparency projector. A class could cheat together by putting the smartest people up front and side by side. The guy on the left would bend down to answer the question if the answer was A, the next guy was B, etc. It got some of our less-gifted guys through boot camp.
