I have a form of dwarfism but stand 4’6" tall, which is actually fairly tall for someone with dwarfism. This is what I feel like at many Little People of America meetings.
Fun fact: Robert Reich’s official biography lists his height as 4’ 10 1/2" because the generally-accepted cutoff for being a dwarf as opposed to “just short” is 4’ 10". He refuses to acknowledge being a dwarf. In reality, he’s about 4’ 7". He also “doesn’t” have the same form of dwarfism I do.
