Of course most women want men to watch them (with a little discretion). Just not “those kind of people” (name your prejudices here). Preferences will be for those they think are handsome, fit, successful, and of a higher social status. “Losers” should keep their eyes and minds to themselves and know their place.

Ah, back when looking at girls was considered an innocent and harmless past time. As long as you didn’t lay a hand on them, you were doing nothing wrong. Things have changed nowadays, some of it for the better, of course, some of it not so much.
