    Lucas has a valid point there…

    I can’t believe I’m endorsing a claim made by Lucas, but…you’re right, margueritem!

    Joe, thanks for the link. I’d never heard of that one before but read a couple of weeks’ worth. Not bad.

    So, Lukas would only be in danger of turning emo?

    Been there done that. There was a reason that before work, my son would tell me not to kill anyone.

    @Joe: Re: Questionable Content Comic

    Hey, Joe. I agree with cdward, thanks for the link. I love the menu items and the notice board in the background.

    The menu shows coffee sizes of S, M, L, and WTF. On the cold drinks side after all the “iced” versions of everything else is Frappachino® Ripoff. And on the bottom of the left side are the words “Want something, but you don’t see it on the menu? Tough.”

    The notice board says “Today Is Free Beating Day -for more info, please annoy the nearest employee”.

    cdward & Magasek Whenever they have a scene in the “Coffee of Doom” coffee shop, they have jokes like that on the board. They refuse to go by the Warbucks size scale or duplicate their specialty drinks. There are a lot of “Indie” music references. I think most of the bands mentioned are real.

    I’ve been following Questionable Content for a few years now - always some of those little jokes in the background. (just about) All the bands are real, though you may have to do some searching to find them. There is a short arc somewhere along the way where the coffee shop gets real popular because of a write-up in some local magazine, and they pull a few more Starbucks jokes in it…
