Who are “the base?” I figure 1/3 of them are “I still hate Hillary at any cost”, 1//3 are KKK members, neo-nazis, racists, Islamaphobics, Homophoics, and white supremacists – AKA “True Believers” and 1/3 are “I really don’t believe in this crap, but I’m getting what I want, so I’ll go along with it.”

His base consists of Russian Trolls and American “Patriots” who happen to wear sheets and swastikas.

He is coming to a ‘baseless’ conclusion.

To Trump, the people who approve of him are the only ones who matter, and the only ones he sees.

He is the first President of my lifetime who doesn’t even PRETEND to also be the President of those who didn’t vote for him. “My supporters”=“America.”

Twitter appears to be a tool. When they ban according to political views it’s hard not to make that jump.

Wiley, I have been reading your cartoons from the very beginning. I started with the paper copies and moved on to on-line copies when they became available. In fact I only discovered GoComics when I was looking for a better on-line source. I will admit that I did like Gary Larson’s Far Side a tiny bit better than yours. But IMO, you are truly a worthy successor. Thank you for so many years of enjoyment.

All I know is if a guy comes to pick up your daughter for a date in a truck with a “God, Guns, and Trump” sticker on it DON’T let her go. At least they are wearing their signs in the open these days.

Nast (sp) used cartoons to bring down the pompous asses of his day. Wiley does the same with better humor than the hate filled (“you’re fire”, “throw them out and beat them up”, “I could shoot someone on Fifth Avenue and not lose votes”) Trump and his desciples and toadies deserve. Trump IS hate, and a disgrace, not just embarrassment, to America.
