The weight part is true. I’ve weighed myself before going to bed and then upon waking,and often the difference is nearly two pounds.
Of course, I’m an old man and have gotten up to pee a couple of times during that interval, so it’s likely just the loss of water. I’ll drink some orange juice and coffee, and it’s back up to where it was.

And here I thought my bed shrunk? The indent depth in the mattress doesn’t seem to change though.
