If this comic had been drawn a year ago, it would have said "Is it more or less exciting than the Cubs winning the World Series.

I thought the single-handed-arrest-of-the-terrorist event had gone by rather quickly…

For Joe it’s about as good. I’m pretty sure that win is the measuring stick for everything Philly for many a year to come!

So what did I miss? Wasn’t Joe going to retire? What (or who) changed his mind?
