Teachers would have to keep the guns locked up to keep them out of the hands of the kids. Instead, I’d like to see metal detectors and guards paid for by a heavy tax on guns and ammo. Plus a zero-tolerance for bullying—-many of the shooters have been bullied by their classmates.
