Actually it’s the other way round… instead of the pollen swarming around you and attacking you, the reality is more like your body going around picking fights with everything you encounter. Take your kids outside early, let them run around and get the occasional cut or bruise, and above all don’t be helicopter parents! Your kids will have fewer allergies and they’ll come out better able to handle the world and be on their own.

While that would be helpful, it doesn’t always hold true (says me from my plastic bubble). I went outside and played and was sick from the pine trees at our house. Today I’m an adult and still extremely allergic to pine trees. sigh…

Our granddaughter’s pediatrician told her to eat whatever she wanted while she was pregnant, and to continue while she nursed her children. No allergies at their house.

You have to admire Dill’s refusal to be distracted from the task at hand.

Petey’s problem is that he was frozen in fear. Had he fled earlier, the spores and pollen would not have tracked him.

The Disney Tunnel Project (Alice Beni and Dill, LLC) must continue! Congress must pass a subsidy!
