My Dad used to do that - it was just so annoying and inappropriate that Mom and I would get up and leave the room every time he started up.
And now they are starting to play Christmas songs on the radio BEFORE Thanksgiving. The worst is when a song gets stuck in your head, and takes forever to go away.
If it keeps Opal’s yap shut, go for it.
Just when DID this start up with Opal? Maybe she needs a good checkup at the doc’s.
Maybe she swallowed a canary.

My father would do that on a Saturday morning! Our neighbor would comment “we could hear Art caterwauling this morning”(fully detached houses!)
