The bird’s answer was exactly what mine would have been. That sort of thing drives my lovely female accomplice crazy…sometimes with delight, sometimes with anger.
We get the view every day–or one just as impressive–but the colors don’t last too long. It seems just as they are getting good, or certainly within a day or two–the wind brings all the leaves down. :-(
^^^ Yes, put in white light and get a rainbow. The banner is on obvious play on the title of the strip and the cover of the Pink Floyd album “Dark Side of the Moon.”

There are some days I love sitting on my back porch and watching the sun rise over the autumn trees. I normally have coffee instead of popcorn though.

How appropriate today that this strip follows Baldo on my queue. I am fortunate to have this view everyday.

James Lewis, thanks for telling me the bird’s name.
Is there a story behind the name? (She said as she struggles to remember what sine is. She always remembers what tangent is though.)

Love the new banner, Samson
And Horace definitely has his prioities straight here. Me, I’d be down at the water with a fishing rod, though.

Love the colors, though I’m weird in that I like looking out the windows on rainy days.

Could it be that the new banner is paying homage to the Pink Floyd album cover ”Dark side of the moon”.
Are Horace and Samson actually big Pink Floyd fans?

If Sine gets a companion, will the second bird fly a cosine wave?

You know the best 3D movie ever is reality!!! To see a sunset a sunrise, a rainfall, a thunder, that’s the greatest thing to be alive!
