Just got my taxes sent in a few days ago. I accept that if I want government to do anything at all, I’ll have to pay my share, but that still leaves plenty of room for argument about the details.
I agree taxes are a necessary part of supporting our nation’s operations, but I wish the forms had check boxes so I could designate just which segments I would be willing to finance.
