Interesting delving back into the archives. It was just around this time in 2013 that the Milk Trials started, getting into the whole chain of events that left Jacob in charge of Endtown, with Aaron Marx’ help, of course. An orchestrated show trial to expose, undermine, and destroy his political rival, accompanied by a massive, bloody riot and massacre (courtesy of trigger-happy rats), and his power secured by that deal he made. Aaron declared him to be the leader that Endtown needed, though he recognized that wasn’t in any way a good thing. So here he is preparing to destroy another rival, perhaps. Part of a long-term plan or just impulse? It makes me wonder if the radicalization and destruction of the wolf population was planned on his part, or just his hasty reaction to events that have finally gotten out of his control.
While it’s very likely that Bunny is going to show Fox a thing or two about the so-called food shortages, there’s also the possibility that Rabbit needs Fox to re-establish control! As in, launch an entirely new propaganda campaign. Will Fox be willing to conspire with Bunny? And, how much pressure will Bunny need to secure Fox ’s cooperation?
Maybe Philo will finally realize that Jacob has saved his life by placing him in protective custody. Of course Jacob could be playing “Good Cop” to the “Bad Cop” of the rat security force.

Jacob’s going to use that tool to show Philo what a tool Philo has been. What food shortage? But who instigated those stories? And, was Philo always resentful of Jacob, or was he inspired by whoever pushed Lucas?
My feeling now is that Jacob, with the power of having Philo executed for sedition, will now turn him to get the press working in his favour. He particularly wants to know what is going on with the leaking of the faked food store documents, the publishing of the food-shortage-crisis articles and the identity of who is behind this conspiracy to unseat him. Phil, unlike Lucas, is probably amenable to solving a riddle toward the common good. I think they can work together, but Jacob certainly has the upper hand.
Flask was tortured by a horrible set of nasty instruments. Jacob is threatening Philo with……gasp…….a can opener. But Jacob’s messages is clear…..time to spill the beans.0.0

Interesting retracting door. It opens upwards. Very futuristic for a sometimes backwards Endtown.

I just noticed he’s a fox not a wolf, or are they just afraid of canines in general at this point?

Can’t wait to see Philo’s reaction to the wide selection of canned beans he gets to choose from…

Red beans, white beans, green beans, as a casserole or as a soup, stew or chile. Oh – so many possibilities.
